When is the Warehouse Sale?
The Warehouse Sale launches on July 30th.
How do I shop the Warehouse Sale?
You will be able to shop the Warehouse Sale on this website.
What will be available during the Warehouse Sale?
A wide selection of furniture, accessories, fabrics and more will be available. From storage, seating, tables, and beds, to baskets, bowls, trays, candles, tableware, bar tools, to even throw pillows and fabrics - you will surely find something for your home.
What are the payment options?
1. Credit or Debit Card via PayPal.
2. Bank Transfer to our UBP, BPI or BDO account. Your order will be on hold until we confirm that payment has been received. Please settle payment within 2 business days and send a copy of the deposit slip to email@example.com.
3. Cash or Check via any of our showrooms. Your order will be on hold until payment has been received. Once you have placed your order online, please settle payment by the end of the following day. You may settle payment at any of our showrooms during operating hours.
For orders within Metro Manila, what are the delivery fees and lead time?
1. PHP 200 delivery fee for orders amounting to PHP 4,999 and below.
2. PHP 500 delivery fee for orders amounting to PHP 5,000 to 14,999.
3. FREE delivery for orders amounting to PHP 15,000 and above.
Orders will be delivered within 10 business days from confirmation of payment.
My delivery address is outside Metro Manila, and your website will not process my order. How do I place an order?
As our website can only process orders with delivery addresses within Metro Manila, kindly reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org or +63 917 704 6635 (WhatsApp and Viber included) if you are interested in making a purchase. A Philux Sales Account Executive will process your order and advise on the delivery fee and lead time.
Kindly note that delivery fees and lead times for Warehouse Sale orders with delivery addresses outside Metro Manila are determined on a case-to-case basis.
Can I pick-up my item?
Items ordered online are subject to delivery only.
How do I book an appointment for an in-person viewing of the sale?
The sale items will be on display at Philux South (Bicutan) from July 30th to August 5th, excluding August 1st, from 9am-12pm and 1pm-3pm. If you would like to book an appointment for an in-person viewing of the sale, kindly reach us at email@example.com or +63 917 704 6635 (WhatsApp and Viber included). Our Philux South team will send you confirmation once your appointment has been booked. No confirmation, no guaranteed entry.
Kindly note that items on display in Philux South are also listed on our online shop. Therefore, there is no guarantee that all items on display will be available for purchase upon your visit. If you would like to make a purchase during your appointment, kindly advise the Philux Sales Account Executive present in the showroom so she may confirm availability of the item/s and process your purchase.
If I want to make a purchase during my appointment, what are the payment options?

2. Bank Transfer to our UBP, BPI or BDO account. Item/s that have been fully paid for may be picked-up or delivered. Item/s that have been only partially paid for will be delivered. Delivery fees apply.

4. Check. Item/s will be delivered. Delivery fees apply.
Do you offer additional discounts?
No additional discount or promotion can be used in the purchase of any Warehouse Sale item/s.
What is the policy on returns & exchanges?
Strictly no returns and exchanges will be accepted for any item/s bought from the Warehouse Sale.
What is the policy on reservations?
No reservation/s for Warehouse Sale item/s will be accepted.
