Our Sustainability Journey
Material, Considered
We have always chosen materials with intention.
Each piece begins with carefully selected wood, chosen for its grain, strength, and character, and sourced from responsibly managed forests in Europe.
Built to endure, these pieces are made to beused and passed on—grounded in local sustainable furniture and carried to a wider global audience.

Towards Circular Design
Sustainability is part of how we design.
In collaboration with River Recycle, plastic from the Pasig River is processed and used in select pieces. Waste is transformed into lasting frameworks.
This allows us to reduce pollution and move towards more responsible production, shaping a growing range of sustainable furniture and accessories.

Conscious Luxury, Crafted Locally
For 45 years, Philux has worked with thoughtful craftsmanship, quality materials, and timeless design.
This legacy continues with a more considered approach in creating pieces made to last for generations.
Reducing and Reworking
Materials are used with care across every stage of our process.
Each step reflects a more deliberate strategy in how resources are used, reused, and sustained over time.

Wood off-cutsare upcycled into smaller objects, such as tabletop accessories and candle holders.

Wood shavings are incorporated in showroom planters, extending their use beyond production.

Reusable PE foam and cardboard boxes are utilized for packaging, minimizing the need for additional tools.

We continue to transition to digital processes to reduce paper waste across various aspects of the business.
