Our Story
Philux was born in 1980 from a simple belief—that Filipino craftsmanship deserves a place among the world’s finest.
What began as a husband and wife working alongside two carpenters has grown into a house of over 200 artisans, designers, and specialists, with a central workshop and showrooms across Metro Manila.
The majority of Philux pieces are designed and produced in-house, shaped by traditional Filipino techniques and refined through decades of collective knowledge. Alongside these are curated finds and thoughtful collaborations that complement the brand’s evolving design language.
Philux furniture is defined by clarity of form, material integrity, and a considered balance between function and refinement.
Each piece is made with an attention to detail that cannot be rushed—guided by honest materials, skilled hands, and a deep respect for the process of making. We create enduring pieces that carry the Filipino story forward—celebrating a culture of craftsmanship shaped by the Philippines and shared with a global audience.
